There is something to be said about growing up in a home full of sports and activities. I won’t ever lie and say that we were a picture perfect family. We had a lot going on, but I would have to say that my dad tried to do his best in making things work for us, and that meant that he was going to do what he knew how to do: sports.
Recently I have been listening to a lot of podcasts. Now, I am not a natural blogger. I don’t believe that most people want to hear what I have to say, or my wild opinions and passionate rantings about things that are going on. At least, those that are not in my direct friend circle. However, in listening to these podcasts, and watching some of these recommended documentaries (while I realize that they could be and sometimes are one sided), I have found myself needing to voice some of these things out loud, to as many people as possible, even if the opinions are wrong. I just want to get the world thinking.
I say that, as I have never really been gone. Like, ever. Either way! I’m back guys! Sorry I haven’t been keeping up to date on here, it’s been mad crazy the past few months. But I can say… that I’m back in the saddle, and life is moving forward in exactly the way that I want it to. I removed the most negative parts of my life out, and now I’m looking forward to my new adventures. Here’s a sneak peak at something I’m working on… don’t mind the color scheme, it was inverted for easier viewing. I’m hoping to post more things in the future… but for now… 🙂
Today, I have to say was a pretty good day. Luke got to build robots today as part of a museum kids program. Sadly, we didn’t get to finish, and that led to a small melt down in which he kicked me and pushed me a few times, but I was able to redirect him, and get him calm by the time we got to the car.
We went to dinner with the man, and for the most part things were good!
On a side note, I did set up a GoFundMe Page for Luke’s service dog fund. You can donate to that here.
Lastly, I hate making blankets! That is all.
Hi. You have reached Megan. This webzone is not completed yet. You can thank our local Bakersfield Comic Con for that. But, I promise you, this will be up soon for your one stop shop! In the mean time, you can click HERE to go to my facebook page. And also, here’s a random picture of a sloth. Cause sloths.
